Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities:The Aerial Adventure Guide (Guide) shall lead guests through the full experience of all aerial adventures offered at Grand Vue Park. This includes guest check-in, gear fitting, operating ground-based activities, leading aerial adventures, and performing guest assistance and rescue as needed. Guides shall also be responsible for very basic inspection, maintenance, and reporting of structures and equipment used at height.

Data should not be entered into the EMR, chart, or otherwise incorporated into the medical record until it has been reviewed and approved by the physician’s or licensed independent practitioner.
- Scribes must continuously check on the progress of this data in order to get the patient’s workup complete so that the physician or licensed independent practitioner is able to make treatment decisions.
- The Scribe may not provide verbal orders or relay verbal orders between the physician or licensed independent practitioner and other patient care providers. The physician or licensed independent practitioner must communicate orders directly to other care providers.
- Scribes can make and answer calls for the physician or licensed independent practitioner, however Scribes may not take medical data over the phone.
- Scribes may not give medical advice, communicate medical information or care plans of any kind directly with the patient or patient’s family or friends.

Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities:Position Description
The primary objective of the Tutor/Counselor positions is to ensure the well-being of the students. Program staff are responsible for constant and close supervision of students and engaging participants in all extra-curricular activities, as well as classes. This position requires continuous interaction with students and allows little to no personal time Sunday through Friday evening. To be most successful, Tutor/Counselors must be dedicated to working with young people, demonstrate extraordinary patience and stamina, and have the flexibility to work when the students need them.
Responsibilities for the Tutor/Counselor
A. Residence Hall
Tutor/Counselors live in a residence hall on the WVSU campus and provide 24-hour supervision for students in the program.
• Provide personal, social, or skill development programming for a group of 10-12 students
• Work in conjunction with other staff to provide programming and activities
• Hold Tutor/Counselor group meeting every Sunday night
• Clearly identify and enforce program rules as identified in the student handbook
• Communicate all problems promptly to the Program Director
• Ensure that there is no traffic between the male and female floors
• Monitor conditions of the dorm rooms and report any problems
• Act as a role model and mentor, which includes showing respect for others, being on time, and using effective problem solving strategies
B. Tutoring
• Work with other staff to provide tutoring every evening for 1.5 hours
• Communicate regularly with teachers concerning tutoring needs and progress of students
C. Activities
• Attend daily staff meetings
• Provide or assist with evening academies and/or activities (ex: basketball, kickball, robotics, stress management, Zumba, crafts, etc.)
• Supervise students during meal times, free times, academies, activities, study hours, and field trips
• Accompany students who need to seek medical attention
• Be responsible for gathering and returning equipment and/or supplies used in program activities
• Set out and clean up after some meals
D. Expectation for Participation
• Maintain appropriate boundaries with students at all times
• Model appropriate behavior and participation in activities
• Positively reinforce appropriate behavior and discourage student behaviors which are inappropriate; respond to any student's behavior which may jeopardize the safety of the students or others.
• Memorize and enforce program rules
• Take responsibility for the safety of the students you supervise
• Promptly communicate needs and concerns to Program Director

Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities:Camp counselors will be a part of a team serving campers with developmental disabilities. They will work alongside other staff and volunteers to provide care, supervision and build relationships with the campers in their cabin. - All required skills will be covered during staff orientation.
Cabin counselors will need to be willing to provide personal care (hygiene needs, bathroom needs, feeding ... etc.) lead activities and work as a team with others.
Comments:Staff must be 18 years or older with a highschool diploma or GED. Summer staff orientation begins June 11th.
